By Tube
The Jubilee Line is recommended as the quickest route towards ExCeL from Central London. Gastech attendees are advised to alight at Canning Town and change onto the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) bound for Beckton (DLR trains travelling towards ExCeL normally depart from platform 3) and alight at the Prince Regent stop for Gastech.
By Road
Gastech attendee’s driving to ExCeL London are advised to follow signs for Royal Docks, City Airport and ExCeL. There is easy access from the M25, M11, A406 and A13. To download the road map please click here.
By Air
ExCeL London is easily accessible from London’s 5 main airports – London City, Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and Luton – via Docklands Light Railway (DLR), underground and mainline rail services. Attendees flying into London City airport, the closest of the five airports can arrive at ExCeL in approx 5 minutes by car or taxi.

Hotel rooms in various price categories in London have been reserved for Gastech Conference & Exhibition, 26th edition in London on 8th – 11th October 2012.

Individual bookings
Individual participants can book their hotel room by clicking here. A global deposit of GBP 200,00 is required to guarantee the room reservation. Each participant will receive a confirmation/invoice and can settle the deposit by credit card or bank transfer. Hotel reservations without payment 10 days after confirmation sent by ExCeL Hotel Booking Service cannot be held. Final payment of the duration of the stay has to be made before Monday 27th August 2012 to ExCeL Hotel Booking Service operated by Congrex Travel. Please don’t send any payments to the hotel.
Booking policy
All requests will be handled on a “first come-first served basis”. Hotel bookings will be guaranteed till Monday 27th August 2012. On or after this deadline, requests will be accepted, but hotel accommodation is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Furthermore, bookings are only possible against full payment by credit card and an administration fee of GBP 30,00 will be charged.
Change, cancellation & refund policy
Any change of reservations sent to ExCeL Hotel Booking Service via e-mail, will be subject to a handling fee of GBP 30,00. Please do not contact the hotel directly. If your reservation is cancelled before Monday 27th August 2012, the deposit will be refunded, less a GBP 60,00 administration fee. If your reservation is cancelled on or after this date no refunds can be made.
Group bookings
